This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us, including when you communicate with us through our SMS messaging services.

Information We Collect

We may collect basic contact information such as your name, phone number, email address, and any details you voluntarily provide when you submit a rental inquiry, maintenance request, or contact us through SMS or our website. For SMS services, we also maintain messaging preferences, consent records, and message content.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide  solely for property-management purposes, including:

  • Responding to rental inquiries
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Sending appointment confirmations
  • Communicating time-sensitive property updates
  • Providing customer service related to your tenancy
  • Sending lease-renewal notifications, reminders, and resident-portal assistance

No Selling or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information—including phone numbers—to any third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, or lead-generation purpose

We only share information when required to provide essential property-management services (e.g., scheduling vendors for maintenance) or when required by law.

SMS Communication

If you text our property-management number, we use your message to respond to your request or question. Venture Rentals LLC also uses CommonRoof to send transactional lease-renewal messages to current residents with documented lease-based authorization, including renewal-offer notifications, renewal reminders, and help accessing renewal offers in the resident portal. SMS communication is transactional and operational, never promotional.

Message frequency varies. A renewal cycle may include an initial notice and up to two follow-up reminders approximately one week apart, plus responses to resident questions. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging service, or as required by law.
